My headhunting training has a modular structure and trains you or your employees in all aspects of professional headhunting. An important focus is teaching methods and tools for successfully identifying and addressing candidates. In addition to traditional seminars, individual and group coaching, role play and remote training are used to ensure the smooth knowledge transfer into business environments. Headhunting training can be carried out face-to-face, online or in a mixed fashion as a blended learning format.
