Coaching can also be more technical: in a telephone coaching, for example, I accompany a coachee in implementing certain telephone communication tools. Individual responses to personal questions and prompt, application-related feedback play an important role here.

Training & Workshops

My work with large and small groups is individual and practice-oriented. In training formats with customised content, the group deals intensively with challenges from their business environment. They try out new ways of behaving in interactive sequences, exercises and role plays. The practical part of my trainings is always at least 70%.
